If you know me at all, you should know that I absolutely ADORE coffee (it’s even right over there on my bio!). Plus it is also International Coffee Lovers’ Day on September 29th, so what a great time to celebrate all things coffee! I’ve taken the liberty of rounding up some delicious sounding (and somewhat unusual) coffee recipes for any addicts like me. Who knew you could do all of these amazing things with coffee!
Coffee Recipes
Blueberry Streusel Coffeecake
As seen on my post, this is the best, easiest coffeecake. It’s so yummy, I just had to get the word out! (Keep in mind that, unlike the rest of the recipes in this roundup, this recipe doesn’t have actual coffee in it. It just tastes fantastic with a cup of coffee – or alongside some of these other ideas.)
Espresso Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Table for Two
If you’ve got an ice cream maker handy, this Espresso Chocolate Chip Ice Cream from Table for Two sounds absolutely delicious (and it only takes four ingredients)!
Bulletproof Coffee Gummies
Cheerfully Imperfect

Cafe Mocha Overnight Oats
Motion Mom
Coffee lovers need that first dose in the morning. Why not save time and have it in this super quick and easy grab-and-go breakfast? I just absolutely love that it’s only FIVE ingredients and is prepared the night before. You’ve just got to try out this tasty Cafe Mocha Overnight Oats.
Espresso Mocha Macaron with Salted Dark Chocolate Filling
A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures
This sweet treat plays on two can’t-beat combinations: coffee and chocolate, and chocolate and salt. These macaron look slightly more complicated to make, and certainly take quite a few ingredients, but they look well worth it! Get the recipe for Espresso Mocha Macaron with Salted Dark Chocolate Filling from A Kitchen Hoor’s Adventures.
Coffee Cheesecake
Cookie Dough and Oven Mitt
Another recipe that takes a bit of work, this Coffee Cheesecake just looks too creamy and delicious to pass up! I especially love the idea of using chocolate covered espresso beans on top. Bravo!
Maple and Coffee Glazed Bacon
The Worktop
Coffee works really, really well with some meats, and apparently bacon is one of them. This will taste like the perfect breakfast combination ever. Check out this thing of beauty at The Worktop.
Coffee Flan
The Flavor Blender
This creamy dessert looks absolutely delectable, doesn’t it? Made with real coffee grounds, this recipe looks easy enough (and delicious!). Head over to The Flavor Blender to check it out.

Blogging with Apples
Speaking of breakfast, these Coffee Pancakes will give your morning that extra burst of energy needed to get you through your day. (You could even serve it with that Maple and Coffee Glazed Bacon above.)

These Coffee Truffles would take a little bit more work, but they look really, really worth it. This recipe has taken the typical coffee and chocolate combo and added a kick of Kahlua for fun. Perfect weekend/girls’ night indulgence!
Fudgy Coffee Brownies
Epicurious
I would eat these scrumptious-sounding brownies without the added coffee bonus, but let’s be honest, coffee makes everything better. The only problem with these Fudgy Coffee Brownies is that they wouldn’t last more than one day in my house.
Cold Brew Coffee Pie
The Domestic Rebel
First of all, anything no-bake is always a win. Second of all, this frozen dessert sounds almost like a frappuccino in a pie plate. This Cold Brew Coffee Pie is just plain winning!
Chocolate Dipped Mocha Iced Coffee Popsicles
Sprinkle Some Sugar
This recipe calls for a particular brand of pre-made mocha iced coffee, but could probably be made with just about any coffee brew. I definitely think it’s worth a try! These Chocolate Dipped Mocha Iced Coffee Popsicles look delish!
