I made this video at the beginning of 2012, we had just experienced what we thought at the time was the worst possible thing to happen to us. Yes, we’d experienced loss in our family before 2011, but this time, the pain lingered longer and went deeper. The sting from the death of a loved one was coupled with the betrayal of one we’d welcomed into our family with open arms and hearts.

Since we’re still up to our ears in litigation with my late father-in-law’s choice for a second bride, due to my husband being the oh-so lucky one to be named Executor, I can’t say much but this I can say…

Do not underestimate the power of friendships!
