Thankyou Max Redheads for the use of your digital!. Grandpa J and Pauleen took us to Niagara falls yesterday. I hope the pictures turned out because I had to take my glass’s off because of the mist and couldn’t see the dials on the dig. I didn’t know we could go right under the falls.

The weather wasn’t bad, it sort of spit rain, but when we left apparently it started to snow and if I heard correctly, it snowed 15cm. It was sunny on the way home but 1/2 hr away from home we hit a mini blizzard. Ontario is not boring to say the least. T storms, 20c, snow, and I just realized that the weather network has a graft which reads out each hour / weather report every 24 hr period, no wonder duhhhh, it changes on a dime. I thought PG was thrilling.

Jacob is teething. So much for sleeping through the nights, he wakes approx every 2 1/2 hrs and cry’s out, I won’t pick him up unless I can smell deposits in his pants, I’ve lost his favorite bottle (or he did, they place things in the darnest places, I’m going to starting looking in the toilets next)

I am not complaining. It’s very easy to look after wee ones when I know that in a week I’ll be back home where the “kids” have grown and are gone. I try and bring up memories of harder days, when I was ‘pulling the hair out.’ I just can’t remember, so perhaps it’s a good thing that we remember only the good, and laugh at the times when the kids did the stupid things like….”borrowed” a truck on their Uncles Ranch and went for a joy ride…..or jumped through a closed window and got 23 stitch’s…… or shot potato’s with the potato gun over the duck pond trails where people go for walks, (can you imagine getting hit with a potato coming out of no where, it never happened but it could have if I didn’t take it away from the kids AND their Father!!!)…or the time when I came home to the RCMP (Police)in my driveway because the oldest shot a bee bee gun at a neighbor. The list goes on. And we laugh at these times. We didn’t back then.
