Hello Everyone! I found a laptop!!!! I tried to update you early but my hubby’s pocket PC isn’t working and typing with my thumbs is difficult.
We’ve been at the beach for two days now at the meetings. Yesterday was the first day, we started with breakfast with a few other Canadian couples and one couple from Brazil. They are hosting a leadership training time in July at their church and it sounds like something we as a church will have to do with them!! Anybody up for a trip to South America?!
The meetings have been taught by Rob R, he and his wife planted a church in Hong Kong 2 years ago, and he is wonderful!!! He has been sharing with us and teaching us on Grace. Abraham, New Covenant Grace. Like I have never ever ever seen taught in church. Not 90% grace and 10% law – but 100% full grace. Amazing mind blowing – changing times down here.
Tonight God had totally different plans. After dinner we got together to meet again but the Holy Spirit was so evident and people were laughing, moaning, crying, yelling, praising, worshiping and praying together. It went for hours. Nobody wanted to leave the room.
I can’t wait until tomorrow.
If I can get a hold of another computer I will keep you update.
For those back at home, hug my kids for me and give them a big kiss! There’s a few babies down here and they’ve been filling my need to hold and cuddle my babies. Love ya kiddios!
Em and Q let me give them bigs hugs but stopped me before I could give them a kiss for you. They are doing great. I had both over for dinner and then took Em to ballet. Junior and Q are having fun playing hockey.
Sounds like you are having a wonderful spirit filled time. I am so happy for you. Can’t wait to hear all about it.
Oh Ya when you come back we are supposed to be getting really cold weather yet again. An Alberta Clipper. Didn’t that happen last time you went to LA? Safe travels home.
At the beach? I am so jealous! I am FREEZING right now and I am inside. Ugh! It sounds like you are learning a lot. Enjoy!
The trip to this point in Baja is a journey of contrasts. As we cross the border at Tijuana and travel through Ensenada, there is a fairly large population and lots of "American style" stores and housing developments.
