The kids are back to school and as excited as you may think I am…. I will miss having them around all day. We really do have awesome kids. They are funny, helpful, loving and yet a handful all at the same time! 🙂
I’ve said this before and so now I sound like a broken record {and all those born post 1990 go “What’s that?!” lol} but this summer really did pass us by at a pace I’ve never experienced before. There’s no sign of it slowing down any time soon either.
Between getting my father-in-law’s estate in order, things boxed up and distributed between my hubby’s siblings and social media/blogging conferences like She’s Connected at the end of September and Blissdom Canada mid October… we still haven’t celebrated Jake’s 6th birthday {Aug 16}, Liam’s turning 9 in less than two weeks {same day I turn 30 again!} and Q will be a teenager on October 15… My schedule is clearly booked up until American Thanksgiving!
So instead of panicking that I still haven’t found all the backpacks, one food container filled with mold was found in Liam’s lunch-bag, and hubby had to go to Shopper’s Drug Mart to pick up some last minute school snacks…. I’ve been going through my “Back-to-School” pictures! I managed to find the past four years on this laptop ~ so please, enjoy them with me.

September and October are always busy around our house too, with hunting seasons, back to school, and a billion birthdays! I'm not turning 30 again – I rarely do things over that I didn't like doing the first time! LOL But my b-day is in October, too. 😀 Great looking troop you have here!!!
