My church, New Song Church, will be holding a silent auction fundraising event on July 13, 2012 during a community BBQ, Carnival & Concert Under the Stars.
We are supporting the local Food Bank {with the assistance of the Twin City RE/MAX Going Home Team} as well as supporting missions/humanitarian aide trips into Romania and more!

We’re in the process of collecting merchandise for the event, and I’m writing this post to request your assistance in making the BBQ, Carnival & Concert Under the Stars free community event a huge success. Musical guests include Dan Bremnes and local 2010 Shining Star winner, Dana Marie!
By donating an item, your contribution will help these fantastic organizations via New Song Church continue to help make life better for individuals in need, right here in our community and abroad.

Donors will be listed on the event sponsor board, and the merchandise you give will be on display through the event. As a donor, you’ll be invited to attend the event, so you or a representative from your company will be able to meet prospective customers and even possibly find a few bargains of your own.
