A few weeks ago I was invited by Kraft Canada to make a few Christmas goodies to share with my friends and family, and since my daughter has been in quite the baking mood lately, I jumped at the opportunity.
We had a very limited amount of time to get everything done before we left on Christmas vacation, so I am so very glad that my daughter likes to take the reins in the kitchen.
Before I knew it, she’d made Peanut Butter Snowballs and Rocky Ridge Bark, leaving me the Two-Layer Cookie Crunch Fudge to make on my own.
The Peanut Butter Snowballs were my family’s absolute favourite, hands-down. Right after these pictures were taken… they were GONZO! 🙂
I couldn’t help taste-test the very first one…
This is such an easy recipe, it only takes a few minutes to put it together and I guarantee Santa and Mrs Claus will appreciate the break from all the Milk and Cookies.
Emma made the Rocky Ridge Bark… but I got to break it apart and put it in its containers… and taste-test it of course. All in a day’s work! 🙂
Thank you Kraft Canada for sending me the necessary ingredients to make such yummy Christmas goodness. They came in handy for an impromptu Christmas dinner invite with friends, they made a great hostess gift!
You're more than welcome Shash! I loved photographing you. You're so beautiful inside and out!! And the peanut butter balls were insanely delicious lol
You look great in those photos, I love the one of you eating a peanut butter ball – they are my favorite too!
Great recipes, perfect for all year long!
