I am a proud Canadian, from the Hudson’s Bay toque on my head to the Tim Horton’s coffee in my hand, all the way down to the hockey skates strapped to my feet. While this may be an exaggeration (or maybe not), there is one stereotype people get right about Canadians all the time – we LOVE our maple. Since winter is coming, I thought I should round up some great maple recipes to please any patriotic Canadian.
